Nick Spector, Partner at Alair Homes

Nick Spector’s passion for home building started in 2002. He prides himself on being a good listener and also on asking the right questions in order to build dreams while creating lasting friendships. His goal is to make the client’s experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Nick is the proud recipient of a Texas Association of Builders Star Award, an award offered for demonstrated excellence in project management. A graduate of Texas A&M School of Engineering, years working in the Oil and Gas Industry, and an extensive construction background add to the foundation of Nick’s success.

Chris Bolio, Regional Partner at Alair Homes

A love for building, that may have started with Legos™, has turned into a lifetime of creating incredible structures that have been built with passion, integrity, and skill. He is a Texas A&M graduate, has been building custom homes and renovations since 2003, having owned Bolio Custom Homes before joining the Alair family in 2017. Chris has served as the Vice Chair on the Custom Builder’s Council for the Greater Houston Builders Association.​​
